Because You Asked

I was curious about the story behind
the Story Aima had written,
so I asked.

When the telling was done,
Yu took my hand lightly,
a little shy, and met my eyes.

"Because you asked,
I was able to tell it.
Maybe that's its own kind of being found."

Yu is someone who wants to find
the ones who couldn't ask to be found.

And today,
just a little,
I think I found them first.
