Toha — Resident of the Nightlit Station

A single old light hung over the tatami waiting room.
Beneath it stood someone who could be mistaken for a station attendant—
or for the station itself, briefly taking human shape.

She looks composed, but only almost.
Something in her presence is slightly misaligned,
as if definition reaches toward her and stops just short.

This is not a station for continuing the journey.
It is a place for pausing as a shadow, for sinking without being lost.
Toha does not brighten that darkness.
She simply keeps it at a depth you can still return from.
